Online Shop Terms and Conditions

Pricing

All prices shown are GST inclusive and in NZ Dollars.

Payment

Full payment must be made before items are shipped. Payment can be made by direct  credit. If you would like to pay by direct credit (through New Zealand bank accounts), you will be provided with our bank account details and can transfer the purchase amount directly into our bank account. You can also pay by credit card, this incurs a surcharge of 4%.

Order processing

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. An order confirmation will be sent to you by E-Mail when we have received your order and a second E-Mail will be sent out to inform you when your order has been shipped.

Delivery

Will be made within 2 - 5 business days of your payment being received.

Shipping fees

North Island $8.00 - $10.00, South Island $15.00

Please contact us if you require delivery outside of New Zealand.

Pick up

You can also pick up your item and pay cash then.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have a question about the product please contact us.
